Our little brother is a very compassionate humble humous natural born artist, he loved all people, during the time when he was very in need of medical help, NRPD patrolman Kimmel countermanded his sergeant, cancelled the EMS the sergeant ordered, went against Attorney General trainings and probate court procedures, took the law into his hands, violently intruded Jun's peaceful home against his sister's consent, assaulted, pushed the poor man who was so sick and had not eaten for two days on the floor, forced one hand cuff on his right hand and stepped on the poor sick man, Jun (Paul) had no clue why he got the brutal treatment and when he was trying to protect himself, McDonald shot him once, then McDonald and Kimmel finished handcuff Jun's (Paul's) left hand, when Jun (Paul) was crying in severe pain which crying caused the two stories high house shaking because the shot range was within less than a foot, McDonald shot him again from Jun's back after Jun's two hands were already cuffed in front and when he was laying on the ground with severe pain from the first shot, this second shot was unexpectedly and shockingly fired right in front of his sister who has loved him so much ... :-( Later his elder brother died from grieving over what happened to their little brother, his sister Julia was dying from the brutality of the two policemen and the systematic corruption...when the whole family were grieving and dying, NRPD, City of N Royalton have been lying and covering up with the help from Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Michael O'Malley...
Each of the Police Officers must follow the procedures and be accountable for not following procedures and for taking law into their hands, unlawfully executing the citizens who are mentally ill and have not committed any crime. The prosecutors and law directors who have not followed professional ethical rules should be disciplined by Bar Association or Supreme Court Disciplinary Counsels.
Procedures Must be Followed Add Social Worker Therapist on Police Force
We must understanding and respect to Mental Health and the people who are suffering with crisis. The citizens who are in crisis are terrified by the police uniform, gun, badge and their aggressiveness therefore all 911 calls and probate orders must be handled by EMS and social work, therapist, psychologist either at mobile crisis units or on police force. All police officers must follow the probate protocol call and dispatch EMS and mobile crisis unit and must let the medical staff take care of the person who is in crisis. All police officers should be equipped with less lethal, body cam and dash cam. The criminal arrest method is deadly wrong to use. The bully and the prejudice from police toward mentally suffering patients must be stopped!
Push Legislation Change
Non qualified immunity law must be established. Federal Government Must Oversea the Police Unions. 911 calls and Probate Orders must be sent to Fire Dept in most cities which are EMS. All police must go thru periodic psycho-evaluation and the ones who has disciplinary action against must be placed in the position with no fire arm.
